• Installation instructions are not included. We sell DIY (Do It Yourself) Items with a few exceptions. We take no responsibility in teaching you how to install. Professional installation is recommended.
• If item is found defective upon arrival, we will help to do a claim only if customer can provide pictures through email to show the defective part. We will not resend product before we get a confirmation from shipping carrier claim or the returned item from customers. Please inspect products upon arrival, no claim and return will be accepted 7 days after delivery.
• Do not send the item back even if it’s damaged until you contact us.
• In case the item is back order, we will inform our customers about the approximate wait time. If customers do not want to wait, we will offer refund and close the sale. We do not undertake the shipping cost of return.
