VSaero FRP parts are manufactured with fiberglass and plastic resin which strengthens (F)iber (R)einforced (P)lastic. Using FRP allows VSaero to form aggressive styles of various sizes or shapes while still retaining a large degree of strength. when installing new unpainted and unfinished fiberglass parts there may be cracks or surface imperfections that need filled and/or leveled. This should be fixed in the prep stage of installation at a professional body shop. Bolts, screws, and double sided tape is not included. All fiberglass parts require modification, shaving, sanding, drilling, filling in order to ensure proper fitment.

Fiberglass parts are NOT pre-painted, they must be primed, prepped and painted. Dry fit the part before making any modifications. Cracks and chips in the gelcoat or fiberglass will exist and can be easily fixed during the prepping process. Sand and prep the primer finish before painting. Fiberglass parts are hand made, they are not machine made and therefore not perfect. If installing a FRP hood make sure you are using hood pins. Due to the hand laid nature of fiberglass, this product is NOT a direct bolt-on. Fiberglass requires prepping, sanding, shaving, filling gaps, cutting or other types of body work. These modifications may also include removal or cutting of the reinforcement bar. We HIGHLY recommend a professional body shop with extensive knowledge of custom fiberglass to perform the installation. FRP material made with a gelcoat. We do not offer any guarantee of fitment on vehicles that have been in involved in accidents and/or have body damage or customization.
