The buyer must first contact ClutchAmerica™ to begin the warranty / defective claim process. An RMA number will be issued if the product is defective or in need of further inspection. Upon receipt of the product, ClutchAmerica™ will forward the product to the manufacturer for inspection and testing. If the product is determined to be defective, ClutchAmerica™ will issue a full refund for the product and all incurred shipping charges. ClutchAmerica™ under no condition will refund or compensate any labor or installation cost.
