Shipping PolicyWe process our orders normally in 1 business day.
We use FedEx HOME DELIVERY for most of our domestic orders.
We DON’T offer shipping to PO Box, Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO, US Protectorates. Why? The cost is too high.
It should take 1 - 5 business days for the product to reach your destination. If the product doesn\'t arrive within the time limit, please give it an additional 1 to 2 business days in case of postal delays and/or possible technical issues. If it takes any longer than that, please do not hesitate to contact us to resolve the issues.
Payment PolicyPaypal is our only method of payment.In an effort to best control our inventory levels, we reserve the right to limit quantities or cancel unpaid orders.Please note: Inventory is not reserved until the item is paid for.Please include a phone number as FedEx, USPS and most shipping companies require it.We prefer to ship to a confirmed Paypal address and we may contact you for additional verification if needed.Return PolicyIf you would like to return your purchased merchandises, kindly, contact us via message.In case of returns, the returns are eligible within 30 days after the product arrives. In case the product arrives damaged or there are any shipping errors (e.g wrong item or size) or the merchandise received is not as described, you will not be responsible for the return cost. We will provide you with prepaid pickup labels.
For any other reasons, you may be responsible for partial or full return shipping fee. As for returns such as change of mind, mistaken purchases, or buyer’s remorse, you will be responsible for the round trip shipping costs. Returned products must be in brand-new condition and be kept in the original, undamaged manufacturer\'s packaging. Please do not place returned labels on top of the original shipping label.
Please Note:Replacements or refunds will NOT be provided until we have received the returned items in our warehouse. Once the item has been received in our warehouse and we can confirm from the tracking number that the item has been delivered, we will issue you the refund for the purchase. You have 30 days grace period after the delivery of the item to complete the return.
