*For Refunds: Please fill out the "Return an Item" form, by visiting your accounts purchase history.* Warranty LXMOTORING warrants its parts to be free of defects in material or workmanship for a period of 1 YEAR from the date of sale.Please keep the original purchase receipt. A copy of the receipt would need be presented with all claims.
All warranty claims must be pre-authorized and returned prepaid to for physical inspection at our discretion.
Once the claim inspection process has been finalized and defect confirmed a refund of the purchase price paid will be issued.
Conditions not covered under warranty:
- Physical damage including, but not limited to stripped threads on fittings or mounting brackets.
- Labor, damaged from accidents, alterations, misuse or modifications not intended by the manufacturer
- Modifying an item in any way will void the warranty.
- Radiators / Condensers / Charge Air Coolers returned clogged or containing improper refrigerants or refrigerant/oil residue in poor conditions.
