Before installing a new turbocharger, it is important to analyze and eliminate the causes of turbocharger malfunction (e.g., insufficient oil supply, foreign objects in the intake area, failure of crankcase ventilation, etc.)!
Change the air filter before installation: Failure to change the air filter may result in damage to the compressor wheel.
Change the oil: Because impurities in old oil can damage the float bearings and turbocharger.
The turbocharger cannot be replaced with a new one after overhauling the engine because too many impurities in the oil after overhauling will immediately damage the replacement turbocharger. Please run the old turbocharger for 7-10 days and then replace it with a new turbocharger and new oil.
