How to use your Chain Monkey:
• Your motorcycle manual will specify how much slack your chain requires in mm or inches. Measure your chain and use the table provide on the packaging to identify your required Chain Monkey setting.
• Align bottom of domed nut with required setting line and adjust circular stop until it touches the orange base.
• Hook on to chain and tighten until circular stop touches the orange base.
• Tighten chain until all slack is removed while centralising wheel.
• Remove from chain. Required tension will now be set.

Your item will be professionally and carefully packed and dispatched in a timely manor and always as soon as possible, after your order.
UK orders are sent via Royal Mail post or courier service where necessary. International orders are generally shipped by airmail, but can also optionally be shipped by courier. Please check the options available to see which airmail service will be used for shipping your items. Standard airmail is just that, it is the regular letter post. If you would prefer courier shipping or additional shipping options with full tracking, then please get in touch and let us know and we may be able to add more choices for you.
The system will automatically calculate shipping discount of multiples of the same item. If you would like to order several different items, then in some circumstances we may be able to ship your items together. Please send us a message if this is the case and we will endeavor to accommodate your requirements.

Shipping & Handling rates mentioned above are non-negotiable, but combined shipping rates are available. Warranty & Returns
All Warranty Issues MUST go through their appropriate Manufacturer. If you need assistance, please e-mail us and we will guide you through the process. If, by mistake, we shipped the wrong item, please contact us immediately to resolve the issue. All of our products we provide are fully guaranteed against manufacturing defects through their appropriate manufacturer. We do not refund shipping/handling fees under any circumstances.
If you have an issue with any of our products, please just e-mail us or call us. We will handle each issue accordingly and in a timely manner.

Payment Terms
We accept PayPal Payments, Postal Orders or personal cheques and also bank transfer/deposit. If you wish to pay via a Postal Order or cheque, then e-mail us before sending your payment.
All postal payments must be received within 7 business days. In the event of non-payment within 7 days, will be contacted and a non-paying buyer alert will be filled.
Satisfaction
In the event you are unhappy with your purchase, please e-mail us within 7 days or receiving your item. We are here to help. If we are unable to resolve any problem that might have occurred, you are welcome to return the item back to us. Please use the return item feature within and you will then be provided with instructions on how to return the item to us. Then all you would need to do is mail the item back and we\'ll issue a full refund minus all P&P costs. Please note that returned items need to arrive back with us in an un-used and un-opened condition in order for us to provide a full refund.
