- will inform the customer via email;

Any delays do not result in cancellation of the order.
Once the order has been placed, the delivery cannot be refused. Any inventory and returns will be charged exclusively to the customer.

This is in order to fully satisfy the condition of the art. 53 of the Legislative Decree. n. 206 of 06/09/2005.

It is the buyer\'s duty to verify the integrity of the material received within and no later than 3 days (natural and consecutive) from the arrival of the product. After this deadline Ci.Di.Service srl will no longer be responsible for damage, missing material or spare parts and replacement.
Ci.Di.Service srl reserves the right to legally pursue any violation and abuse, in the interest and for the protection of all consumers.

The customer (consumer), who has purchased products through the site from Ci.Di.Service srl, has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with Ci.Di.Service srl, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 (fourteen) working days: from the date of signing the order note; from the date of receipt of the goods.
This right is reserved exclusively for natural persons (consumers), therefore it cannot be exercised by legal persons and natural persons acting for purposes related to the professional activity carried out.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must:

A) send, within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of signing the order note or from the date of receipt of the goods, to Ci.Di.Service srl, Via di Valle Foresta, 4B, 00062 Bracciano, (Rome), written communication of withdrawal by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt. The communication may also be sent, within the same time frame, by telegram, telex, electronic mail and fax, provided that it is confirmed by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt within the following forty-eight hours;
B) send to Ci.Di.Service srl, Via di Valle Foresta, 4B, 00062 Bracciano, (Rome), using a carrier of your choice and at your sole expense, within fourteen working days from the date of receipt of the goods, the product(s) purchased, appropriately protected and packaged in their original packaging, accompanied by any accessories, documentation and user manuals. The identification tag and/or labels, if present, must still be attached to the products at the time of return.

The essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal is the substantial integrity of the products to be returned. The products must not have been damaged or altered.
The customer must return the goods, using a carrier of his choice and at his own expense, to the following address: ?Ci.Di.Service srl, Via di Valle Foresta, 4B, 00062 Bracciano, (Rome).

In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, Ci.Di.Service srl, having received the goods and checked that they are Integra , complete with all their parts, with the original packaging completely intact and without any damage, will refund the customer the amount paid, excluding the costs of returning the goods to Ci.Di.Service srl, as quickly as possible and, in any case, within thirty days from the date on which Ci.Di.Service srl became aware of the exercise of the right of withdrawal by the customer.
Ci.Di.Service srl will refund the customer the amount paid.
In case of partial withdrawal for the purchase of multiple products, shipping costs will not be refunded.
The value date of the refunded amount will be the same as the debit.
