Timing Belt Kit Water Pump Fit 01-06 Volkswagen Jetta Beetle Audi TT Turbo 1.8L. Located in the engine compartment behind the drive belts, the timing belt keeps the crankshaft in sync with the camshaft(s), essentially ensuring the proper timing and operation of the engine and its valves. When replacing a timing belt, also replace tensioner, and pulleys. Failure of pulleys and tensioners, after replacing only the belt, can cause valve or piston damage and lead to more expensive repairs. Additionally, timing belt driven water pumps should also be replaced at the same time as the timing belt. Operated by the drive belt, the water pump\'s core function is to allow coolant to flow into the engine continually. Remark: Please be advised that the hydraulic tensioner comes with the pulling pin shown in the picture below. Once the pin is pulled off, the hydraulic tensioner will be automatically locked and no longer can be used. Return will NOT be accepted once the locking pin has been pulled off. Hence, when installing the hydraulic tensioner, it is absolutely necessary that you install it in place with the pulling pin still attached. ONLY when you are certainly sure that everything fits, then you can pull off the pin. Tracking numbers will be sent via email within one business days when the order was shipped. If you did not received a tracking number, first check your “spam / junk” folder on your email, if it is not there, please give us a call or send us an message.
For international order: your country’s import duties, taxes and brokerage fees are not include in the shipping fee. Please contact the shipping carrier and your local custom office regarding these fees.

Please contact us for a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and return shipping address. Do not return items without and RMA number or the package will be refused and returned to you at your expense.
Return item must be well packed in original manufacturer’s packing and contain everything that was originally provided such as packing materials, hardware, manuals, protective wrap/caps, instruction, etc.
Be sure to write down the package tracking number. If your return is lost or damaged during shipping, we cannot refund you because the item cannot be resold or returned to our supplier. You will have to submit a claim directly to your shipping company requesting compensation.
Refunds are issued approximately 1-2 days after we receive your return. Please allow 1-2 days inspection and processing time before inquiring about the status of your refund.
Piston rings, main bearings, rod bearings cannot be returned if the manufacturer’s seal, or plastic shrink wrapped has been opened. There is no-exceptions policy ensures the quality of the components you receive.

Mizumo Auto offers a Limited Warranty to entire products to be free from defects in workmanship and material under a normal service conditions for a period of 90 days whichever occurs form the original date of purchase.
The warranty is not transferable, is valid to original purchaser, and limited to the replacement of defective product only.
This Limited Warranty does not cover labor, damaged from accidents, alterations, misuse or modifications not intended by the manufacture, and other expenses such as towing loading fluids, oils or car rentals.
All warranty clams must be pre-authorized and returned prepaid to Mizumo Auto for inspection and approval.
No exchanges will be made for any product that has been damaged, misused or improper installed. We always recommend professional installation of our products.
The buyer assumes risk of damage caused by improper installation.
