We ship our packages out via UPS for most customer excluding PO/APO Box and international addresses in which we use USPS and DHL. We offer expedited services via UPS Next Day Air and UPS 2nd Day Air. Tracking numbers are provided within the following business day. Please note that we are located in Southern California. Additional fees apply to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, and Northern Mariana Islands. Shipping fees are applicable for PO/APO Boxes, International, and expedited.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, from the date of purchase, if for any reason you are not satisfied with the product. There will be a 20% stocking fee and original cost of shipping may be charged for all returns. Please note that all returns must have a return request opened and RMA approved.
