The warranty on this item bought from us consists of 12 Months, from the date of the purchase. If there are any concerns or questions about the warranty please contact us. All products are highly recommended to be installed professionally. We do not provide any installation assistance, otherwise provided, is (are) for reference only. We will not be responsible for any installation problems, installation fees that may be incurred during the installation of any products sold, or products damaged during the installation process. Some products may vary slightly due to lighting, picture angles. You agree to these terms by conducting the transaction. If you have questions, please contact us via email. Please retain your receipt after the transaction so that we can approve your warranty exchange in case something goes wrong, please keep in mind that we will check all receipts submitted, with our customer database.
Void Warranties
Any defects to the product or its parts, resulting from water damage, fire, acts of nature, misuse, abuse, unauthorized modification, improper installation or any type of impact will not be replaced under the warranty. Minor modifications to the system will NOT void the warranty. ScopioneCarbon will not be responsible for damages to any items, resulting from the use, misuse, or inability to use our products. Different rates for the various shipping methods are available. If Standard Flat Rate Shipping Service is selected your package will usually go out via UPS Ground or USPS Priority mail. Please note that - depending on your geographic location - not all methods are available.
You will be notified of all shipping and handling charges during checkout and before your order is actually finalized. Upon completion of the checkout process, an Order Confirmation will be emailed to you. Ground service will be used for shipping products purchased from us unless otherwise specified. UPS Ground Service normally takes 1-7 business days from the time your order is shipped. We also ship to P.O. Boxes and A.P.O addresses by USPS mail. For international orders we use DHL Express, UPS Express, or USPS Priority, whichever is cheaper to ship to a given country. Please email us for shipping rates. For Canadian Buyers the shipping is slightly higher then for the US buyers!
Buyer is responsible for shipping and handling charges, as well as any charges incurred by the carriers. Buyer is responsible for all re-delivery charges that may occur when buyer misses scheduled delivery appointment. All international customers are responsible for their own customs clearance, duties, taxes, brokerage, etc. We will not be responsible for any international customs clearance, duties, taxes, brokerage, etc. All orders will be shipped via the most economical method chosen by ScopioneCarbon team.
Damages may occur during transportation of goods. All shipments are insured. For buyer fraud prevention purposes, we will not reroute any package to a different address requested. All shipments must be delivered to the address stated in buyer's payment's confirmed shipping address only.
