OUR RANGE OF LED LIGHTS HAVE BEEN TESTED IN EXTREME CONDITIONS AND ARE USED IN MINING AND EARTH MOVING VEHICLES WITH GREAT RELIABILITY.   • We will then send you an email with details to return the faulty part to us.
  • Items sent back for a claim must include a copy of the receipt as proof of purchase.
  • Failure to provide this information will result in non-processed claims until the required details are received.
Warranty Policy:
  • Warranty period begins from the date of purchase.
  • If a warranty claim is made and a replacement part is supplied, the warranty period continues from the initial purchase date.
  • Our products feature varying warranties from their respective brands. For specifics, reach out to us or consult the brand's website. Notably, Auto 8 brand products offer a 3-year warranty.
  • The buyer is responsible for returning the faulty item. If it fails within 3 months, Auto 8 will cover the return shipping cost with a return label.
  • If the item is proven faulty due to a manufacturing fault, Auto 8 covers the shipping costs for the replacement part.
  • If the item is proven faulty due to a non-manufacturing fault, the customer pays the return shipping costs for the rejected unit; otherwise, we hold it for 3 months before discarding the part.
  • All items returned for warranty will be tested and approved at the discretion of Auto 8.
  • The warranty covers replacements, but we understand that circumstances may arise. If you do not require a replacement, please inform us; otherwise, we will proceed with sending a replacement.
Assessment and Warranty Rejection:
  • Warranty does not apply to failure or damage caused by incorrect fitment, foreign material contamination, modifications by non-Auto 8 staff, abuse, or misuse (automatic rejection).
Sequential Costs:

Auto 8 is not responsible for any sequential costs, including removal and re-fitment costs of the item.

RETURN PROCESS and POLICY:
  • Contact us via our returns email
  • Include order number, reason for returning, and part number for assistance with the correct part.
  • Instructions for return will be emailed once all information is provided.
  • Once the return is delivered to us, a full refund will be processed.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.

Air Conditioning Compressors Warranty Policy and Process: Warranty Claim Procedures:
  • Contact us via our warranty email
  • Provide a tax invoice as proof of oil flushing and part replacements.
  • The invoice must be from a licensed mechanic/Air Conditioning technician.
  • Failure to comply will result in automatic warranty rejection.
Oil Flushing Requirement:
  • Before fitting our air conditioning compressors, flush the system to remove excess oil.
  • Excess oil can cause hydraulic lock-up, automatically voiding the warranty.
Replacement of Drier & TX Valve:
  • Ensure to replace the drier and TX valve before charging the system with refrigerant.
  • Failure to follow these steps may result in warranty rejection.
Refrigerant Compatibility:
  • Use the correct refrigerant designed for the system with our compressors.
  • Warranty claims with alternative refrigerants (e.g., HyChill) will be rejected.
  • Usage of non-designated refrigerants can be easily detected and will lead to warranty rejection.
