Delivery (General)

• The carrier/brokering company requires signature confirmation in order to release product
• If there is reason to believe damage may have occurred during transit, please inspect the package with the driver/agent present
• Otherwise, please inspect the package on the same day
• All damage claims must be made to seller (not carrier) within 24 hours with visual confirmation [NO EXCEPTION]
• Seller will then file claim with carrier

• Transit time is between 5-7 business days
• Pilot Freight Services will deliver the product to door
• S&H cost includes delivery service and insurance

Delivery (Canada, AK, HI, and US Territories)

• Transit time is between 7-10 business days
• Pilot Freight will clear customs
• Pilot Freight Services will deliver the product to door
• S&H cost includes delivery service, insurance, and prepaid custom fees

Delivery (International and Military PO)

• Transit time is between 10-12 business days
• Pilot Freight Services will deliver the product to nearest international airport that they can service to
• The freight will be turned over to a local agent. This agent will contact buyer to schedule pick up arrangements
• Buyer is responsible for customs clearance and pickup/delivery from the airport
• S&H cost includes delivery service to airport and insurance [does not include prepaid custom fees]
