I bought this about a year ago from Aperta in Netherlands. U can see their details because they have several for sale here on in this same category. From their photo it shows one Velcro strap. This one, mine, has two Velcro straps. I no longer have the instructions and one nut cap is missing.
The nut cap is cosmetic.
There is only minor wear (no rips or tears).
