Standard Terms: If Listing states Free shipping it is only applicable to the lower 48 states. Depending on item size, shape and or weight there may be shipping surcharges for packages going to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico . If you would like to know whether or not your item will ship for free to these three states please Contact Us.

All purchases will be shipped and insured within 24 business hours of payment being received excluding weekends (those packages ship on Monday). The tracking number will also be uploaded to your items order for convenience of tracking. Larger items that cannot be shipped USPS Priority Mail will be sent FedEx or UPS. International Shipments: For most items we use global shipping as our preferred shipping method. If you would like the item shipped differently or directly to you please Contact Us for shipping rates and options to your country or location. Local pick up is also available.

Freight Shipments: i.e. Engines, Roll Cages, Frames, Oversize tires and wheels, these items will be shipped freight service. Our choice of freight is depending on location. In Many cases items will be delivered to your local terminal and will need to be picked up at the terminal we provide to you. Local Pickup: All Items sold and purchased through are available for pick up at our store location. Once the item is purchased you can Contact Us for hours and directions.

30 Days hassle free returns on all items, buyer has 30 Days after end of sale to return the item. Returns after 30 Days from end of sale will not be accepted. We offer free returns on all items we sell that are defective or not as described. BCS Hardparts will gladly help with any issues prior to return, please Contact Us prior to opening a return so we can assist in a possible replacement part and or resolution to the defective item.
