Freight shipping is a bit more difficult than other shipping methods (like UPS or FedEx). We must ship by freight because body kits are oversized and may be too big for UPS or FedEx shipping. If you are shipping your item to a residential address, then the shipping company will call you to set up an appointment for delivery. Please be sure to inspect your body kit before signing at delivery! This means please open the package, take all parts out of the box and look at each part individually for any kind of damage before signing for it. If any part is damaged, either reject the shipment and write Damaged on Delivery on the slip or, if the damage is fixable, notate the damage on the slip and sign for the package - then call us and we will get you a credit for the damage from the freight company (the credit amount is up to the freight company and we will give you whatever they deem appropriate).
