Driver/passenger door will lock but will not unlockDriver/passenger door will unlock but not lockIf the issue of locking AND unlocking occurs at the same time, this could be caused by a fault lock actuator (this repair will not resolve)Same with Windows, ether side fails to go up OR down via one door switch in particular.

2. The Module will be upgraded with relays redesigned in 2024 to never have this issue again .
