If you do not inspect the item and sign "DAMAGED" on the delivery receipt as instructed we cannot file a claim.
Faulire to inspect and sign "DAMAGED" on arrival will FORFEIT your insurance claim.
Claims will not be accepted for damages realised or noticed after driver has left the premises

SMALL PACKAGE INSURANCE INCLUDED (small items)

Small packages (FedEx, UPS, USPS, ) damages must be reported through messenger in 24 hours.

We distribute NEW OEM, used OEM as well as manufacture FRP, carbon or ABS products. FRP (fiberglass) , carbon as well as ABS parts are made to a higher standard than most mass produced ABS , carbon or fiberglass parts. Holes will not always be pre-drilled so you still will need to dry fit the parts before they can be prepped and finished. Due to the nature of fiberglass there may be cracks or surface imperfections that need filled and/or leveled. This should be fixed in the prep stage of installation at a professional body shop. Bolts, screws, and double sided tape is not included. All FRP parts are handmade and may require modifications for proper fitment . Dry fit the part before making any modifications. Chips and cracks in the gelcoat or fiberglass will exist and can be easily fixed during the prepping process. The primer finish must be sanded and other prep work will be required prior to painting. Fiberglass parts are hand made, they are not machine made and therefore not perfect. A professional body shop with extensive knowledge of custom fiberglass is required for installation. Primer finish. Hand layup is the manufacturing process used for the majority of our fiberglass parts. Made with fibeglass and plastic resin. We do not offer any guarantee of fitment on vehicles that have been in involved in accidents and/or have body damage or customisation.

Body parts MUST be installed professionally by an experienced body shop.
