• We ship FAST from a network of warehouses nationwide. We Ship UPS Ground with Free Insurance, UPS will not deliver to PO Boxes we must have a valid street address. All international orders are shipped using \'s Global Shipping program, we do not ship directly for international orders. For credit card payments, we can only ship to the billing address of the credit card, no exceptions.

Payment Policy

• All payments must be made within 7 days of the end of the sale. Paypal payments are preferred and the quickest form of payment. We also accept all major credit card including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Buy it Now listings require immediate payment. We do not accept Personal Checks or C.O.D. shipments. We have to collect sales tax in multiple states.

Return Policy

• Returns are accepted 30 days from delivery for a refund minus shipping on unused items. Please check the product fitment before installing. Once installed or modified, the part is considered used and we cannot take it back.
• If an error is made on our end, or the part was damaged by UPS, please contact us immediately. Do not install incorrect or damaged items. We can be reached by message. Office Hours are Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm eastern.

• Where is Tobacco Road Auto located?
  The Tobacco Road Auto sales office is located in North Carolina and our company has shipping depots all over the country. We will ship your item from the closest depot to your location for the fastest shipping. Not all of our locations stock all of our items.
• Can I pick up my purchase?
  Our depots are warehouses only and do not have a sales floor for walk in customers. Unless pickup is stated in the shipping area of the sale, we are not able to arrange a pickup of our items.
• Is this item in stock? When will my purchase be shipped? How long does shipping take?
  Items posted on will be in stock, we manage inventory and listings carefully. Most (90%) orders received on a business day before 2pm eastern will ship the same day or the following business day. UPS Domestic Ground shipping normally takes 2-6 business days. If there are any delays in shipping, you will be contacted shortly after your purchase. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by UPS or situations out of our control. We appreciate your understanding in these situations.
• Do you offer faster shipping?
  Expedited shipping is available, but it is VERY expensive. Example: 1 17\" wheel with ground shipping is $20. Next day shipping would be around $130. 2 day service would be around $95. If you require expedited shipping and you want to pay the higher shipping rates, please contact us to do this.
• Why am I being charged sales tax?
  We are a division of a large corporation that has locations in many states. We are required by law to collect applicable taxes in any state that we have a location in. The advantage to this is you are buying from a large, reputable company that can provide faster shipping than a single location retail store. If you are a car dealer or automotive shop/store that is tax exempt, please contact us to refund taxes as they cannot be removed from the listing. Be aware that has starting collecting taxes in some states and we are unable to refund any taxes that we have not collected. If collected the taxes for your state you will need to contact them as they have their own process for tax refunds.
• I\'ve received my item, but it was damaged in shipping. What do I do?
  DO NOT INSTALL ANY DAMAGED ITEMS! Contact us immediately so we can file a damage claim with UPS and arrange for a replacement to be shipped. UPS will deny any damage claim if the item has been installed. You will be stuck with the damaged item, if it is installed, it cannot be returned.
• There was a mistake in shipping, I received the wrong item. What do I do?
  We work hard to keep mistakes to a minumum but they can happen. If you receive the wrong item, please contact us to arrange a replacement. We will provide a pre-paid shipping label to return the incorrect item. DO NOT INSTALL! We are not able to take back used items even if we made the error in shipping the wrong part.
