This is a overvolt kit to run your existing 36volt motor in 48volt you DO NOT need to swap the motor (Makes it HAWL AND WILL GO FASTER THAN A 48V 1000 WATT MOTOR, 50% faster when you keep the factory motor)..This kit MUST be ran in 48 Volts only and will not work in 36 volts anymore,meaning you will need to ad another battery to run this and a 48volt charger to charge it and neither come with this kit,,it will only run in 48 volts,minimum voltage/low voltage cut off is 41.5..

Please take note--We send this controller kit setup to bypass the factory on/off switch because if you want all 4 batteries under the factory box it needs done like that,which means you remove the on/off switch and the harness that is attached to it...So your batteries will now plug directly into the controller,the harness that went from the batteries(4 pin to the on'off then to the controller 3 pin) will not be used anymore as pictured above is how we run 4 batteries under the factory cover.
