- Heavy Duty Construction. Made from CNC laser cut 1/8" steel with fully welded seams this one-piece bumper will take whatever stands in your way on the trails. After construction, this bumper is hit with Hooke Road's classic textured black powder coat to prevent corrosion from the outdoor climates.
- E-Coating Process. E-coat systems can deliver a wide range of lacquer and paint finishes with a combination of state-of-the-art performance and decorative effects. The bumpers can last for 100 hours during the salt spray test, which is equivalent to a 5-year corrosion capacity. The product percent of pass reaches 100% afterthe salt spray test.
- Direct Bolt-on Installation. Hooke Road engineered their Rock Crawler Stubby Front Bumper to be a direct bolt-on replacement reusing the factory mounting points. There is no cutting or modifications required for a straightforward install. Firstly, remove the factory bumper and place the winch plate onto the frame. Then assembly the other components to be a front bumper. At last, install the bumper onto the frame with supplied bolts and adjust the position. Installation can be completed in about two hours with just basic hand tools.
