Q: What are \"LED HALOS / Angel Eyes\"?
A: LED Halos / Angel Eyes etc are an Attractive and Legal alternative to the ugly OEM Daytime Running Lights many vehicles come with. Developed originally by BMW, the \"halos\" surround the outside edge of the reflectors in your headlight housings. When your car is on the rings can be wired to light up just like your normal DRLs would. You can choose to deactivate the DRLs (that bulb will still be used as your high beam) or use the DRLs in conjunction with your halos.
Q: Does a halo kit include new light assemblies?
A: Halo kits do NOT include new headlight or fog light assemblies. Halos are installed inside your existing assemblies. This allows the customer to maintain the reliability and appearance of their Factory Headlight and Fog Light assemblies while being able to customize them with the latest lighting technology!
Q: Who can install \"LED HALOS / Angel Eyes\" kits\"
A: Every Flashtech Halo kit comes with a detailed installation and wiring guide and designed to be able to be installed by most mechanically inclined car enthusiasts. Flashtech recommends that if you are not comfortable performing the installation yourself, to consult with your local custom car audio or tint shops, as many of these have installation professional who are familiar with halos.
