Ok, Saleen Fans, Owners and Collectors out there, here is a listing for a few NOS (New Old Stock) Original Saleen Parts (Saleen "S" Logo White Faced Catalog Gauges) purchased and acquired directly over the counter by us from Saleen Speedlab in the Past that will catch your attention since these type of Saleen parts have not been offered, available or ever remade through Saleen Performance for many years now and are extremely hard to come by any where and a big plus is that ALL 3 HAVE NEVER BEEN USED, come with hardware for mounting and putting them into usage!
What we have offered here are (Three Total-1 Boost Pressure Gauge/1 Oil Pressure Gauge and 1 Water Temp Gauge-As Seen)Original Saleen Catalog 2 1/8" Gauges that are Unused and in NOSin Excellent NOS Unused Condition that were originally purchased by us directly at the Saleen Performance back in 1999 (25 years ago).
These Original Saleen Gauges were offered through Saleen first back in 1996 and up through the 1999 year when they ran out of inventory of the different variations of them. These Original Saleen Gauges were referred to as the Saleen Speedlab Catalog 2 1/8" Black Bezel White Faced Gauges because typically these gauges did not come equipped in the original Saleen production S281 & S351 Mustangs of that era and or Saleen XP8 & XP6 Explorers!Typically they were purchased through the catalog, on line and over the counter at Saleen Performance. However, Some Brand New Original Saleen S281 Mustangs from those years 96-98, in which that dealership had installed the Vortech Supercharged Blowers on those new cars at that time, equipped some of these in dash pods on some of those new racecraft rides!
These Specific High Quality Gauges were made in 1998 and early 1999, they are date stamped on the back side (See Pictures). Originally these Limited Edition/Production Gauges were produced in the USA by famous High Performance and Quality Gauge maker company, Autometer specifically for Saleen Performance. The Best part of this is the fact that one could get parts for all 3 of these gauges if need be, but actually acquiring Saleen Specific "S" Logo Gauges like this and Unused is a whole other story since these gauges have not been offered and available for over 20+ years! People have to wait for guys like us who have collected stuff to offer stuff like this and honestly, sometimes these kinda parts are offered and sell off fast!
We figured for the Holiday season here, we would offer these out of our collection from our Private SaleenDream Vault Collection! Original Saleen, NOS parts, it doesn't get much better then that. These are Saleen Gauges that will Never be Produced Again!
These Original Gauges are offered exactly how we purchased them from Saleen Performance long ago and they have been part of our collection of Original Saleen Gauges collected in the past for many years unused, just displayed in an enclosed case with other Rare Saleen Gauges. These gauges are near perfect and unused. We say near perfect vs. perfect because on the Saleen Water Temp Gauge on the Black Bezel part of the Gauge at the 2 O'Clock position on the gauge their is a small nick in the paint that can easily be fixed with taping off the gauge and painting it with the same color black! It's barely noticeable, but still it's there and this was how we purchased the gauges from Saleen way back in 1999! At that time, it was the last 3 of the type they had on hand to offer for sale! These Original Saleen Gauges come with the Saleen Gauge Installation Instructions for two of the 3 gauges and hardware for installing! Again, everything seen in the second posted picture we posted minus the Original Saleen Catalog in the back drop, the SaleenDream Banner and Saleen Speedline Wheel! Those items are not offered with this listing!
