- Completely disassembled and cleaned in our Vapor Honing machine
- All springs are replaced
- Check balls are replaced
- Poppet valves are re-seated
- New internal seals are installed
- Injectors are machined to reset armature clearance
- Injectors are reassembled and tested on our computerized HEUI test bench to ensure factory specifications are met
- New o-rings are installed
- New crush washers are installed
- Solenoids are tested and replaced as needed
- Warranty: This service includes a one year unlimited mileage warranty (see warranty for details)
How to Ship Us Your Injectors:
USPS Priority Mail is our recommended shipping service, but you may use UPS or FedEx if you prefer.
We recommend you insure your package when mailing to our shop and also use a Priority Mail medium flat rate box (11.25\" x 8.75\" x 6\") for faster delivery (example: medium flat rate box with $1,000 insurance runs about $32.00).
IMPORTANT:Please make sure to properly wrap your injectors for safe delivery. To avoid damage when shipping, we suggest wrapping each injectorseparatelyin a rag and then placing them in a plastic grocery or ziplock bag to avoid any leakage of oil or fluids.Be sure to include your name, phone number and correct return shipping address inside the package.Additional information:
Our normal turnaround time is 1-3 business days from the time we receive your injectors in our shop. We use USPS Priority Mail, insure your package, and carefully wrap each of your injectors for a safe return delivery.

Warranty **Effective 12/2/2018**: Our rebuilt injectors are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for the work that we perform for a period of one year. The warranty starts from the time your injectors leave our shop. This warranty does not cover damage to your injectors due to poor quality of fuel and/or engine oil, modifications by others, or other abuse. We cannot be held liable for damages done to your vehicle, engine, or any other vehicle component due to the installation of our new, modified, or rebuilt injectors. We are not liable to cover injector shipping costs other than ground shipping back to you. We are not liable for any and all costs associated with injector installation, removal, diagnostic charges, towing expenses, rental vehicle fees, hotel or motel fees, and any other fees should a problem arise with your injectors.
