Returns & Claims:
We describe all our items with complete honesty and integrity. Also, almost all of the items we sell are brand new with a manufacturers warranty, unless stated otherwise. We will NOT sell anything we would NOT buy ourselves.
We offer a money back or exchange within 30 days of receiving the item upon the following requirements being met by the customer. All items are returned for money back or an exchange are at the expense of the customer. However, in the unlikely event that we have shipped the wrong item or the item was defected, we will cover shipping cost for the return label and refund your money back or exchange. A 15% restocking fee will be only charged if the item returned is not in the same condition as we had shipped it.
