This is a nice whale tail, aftermarket but origin unknown.......wrong!!!!!
Added: I was mistaken about origin and thought this was aftermarket until I saw the part number inside.
This is an Original Porsche 930 OEM Tail (Part Number 930512023009) RARE and very expensive!!! Everything is in great shape, no damage and all hardware included. Fiberglass and rubber all in excellent condition. I have added additional photos.
My mistake is your gain as it wont be listed at this low of a price again. I unfortunately priced it about 1/4 of its true value.It is fiberglass with the rubber flare piece that has the Porsche emblem stamped into it and \"Porsche\" stamped into the fiberglass tail on the rear of the tail. It also has attaching hardware in a bag tied to it. It looks nice and has no damage or cracks whatsoever. The only issue is the old paint is peeling/chipping so it will need a paint job to be show quality or if you have a Mexico Blue Porsche just run it as is.
It came with a 1978 911 SC I purchased a few years ago and never used it. I am located in Western Maryland (Cumberland Maryland 21502) if you would like to pick up and save on shipping, also may be able to deliver to Baltimore/Washington area so you can save on shipping. Shipping could be quite costly.
