NOTE:If you have the Ride Command Speakers in your doors, these inserts will not work.
Our innovative design does not require removing your stock plastic door skins, resulting in an easy 20 minute install! The door inserts simply bolt onto the factory torx head bolts, then a nut clip is inserted in the middle to give an attachment point for the center. No exposed bolt heads on the outside. It doesn't get any easier! Our new edge design is also stronger and more rigid than before and keeps it simple and functional. You will not find that on the made in China inserts. The new fold over hemmed edge sets our inserts apart from other copycats, we're the only ones that make them this way, and it's way stronger and more finished. No more need for the annoying rubber trim strip that always falls off the first time you wash your RZR.

Instructions:
Hardware Pack Contents (see picture showing hardware):
1. 2- Small Triangle Panel Z-Brackets2. 2- Nut Insert Clips3. 4- Allen Bolts with Washers and Nuts4. 2- Gold Bolts with Lock Washers & Washers
Insert Installation:
1. Remove factory torx head bolts from RED ARROWS in picture below. Note the front torx location.2. Clip Nut Insert (#2 in picture) to center door frame at YELLOW ARROW, aligning with center hole in insert.3. Reinstall factory torx bolts to attach insert to door at RED ARROWS. Use the supplied gold bolt and washers (#4 in picture) to secure insert to nut clip at Yellow Arrow.4. TIP: For final adjustment and centering: Loosen the 4 torx bolts at GREEN ARROWS and also loosen the two torx bolts at the door latch striker “D” (not shown in pics, this is up front on the body plastic). When all 6 of these torx bolts are loose, door can be latched closed and moved around for perfect fit. Hold in place, then tighten.
Small Rear Triangles:
5. Identify the small triangular panels using picture above.. If you have the wrong triangles please call or email.6. Attach the Small Panel Z-Brackets to small triangles using allen bolts and hardware as shown in picture above.7. Clip small triangular panel in position, remove and reinstall roll cage bolt to secure.
