Our process:
-Engines are completely disassembled. Cases are hot tanked or pressure washed.
-All rebuilt engines include new piston(s) and rings, new gaskets and seals, new timing chain (where applicable), water pump seal kit (if water pump is part of assembly), new oil filter, and new spark plug(s).
-Heads are refreshed or rebuilt (on a Rottler Head Machine SG7MTS) with the valves adjusted. All heads are checked for trueness and surfaced or planed if necessary. All valves, guides and seats are checked and replaced if needed.
-Cylinders are always overbored to the next size or sent off and replated.
-Crankshafts are inspected. If they are not in excellent or near new condition, they are rebuilt or replaced. If automotive style crank and rods are used in the application, all bearings are replaced. Crankshaft roller bearings are replaced where needed.
-Transmissions (where applicable). All parts are visibly inspected or measured for wear. All bearings, shift forks and gears are replaced where needed. Any other worn internals will be replaced where needed.
-Oil pumps are a crucial component in the build. They are all torn down and inspected. If they don\'t appear to be near new, they will be rebuilt or replaced.
-Assembly begins after all parts are inspected and the replacement parts are on hand. Each engine is hand built with quality workmanship to insure the longevity of your powerplant. All bolts are torqued to appropriate specs for each engine type.
-The final step in the process here at PSN is to test run your engine. Because of the vast inventory of used parts from our salvage operation we have been able to build test cradles or test rollers. We run 9 out of 10 engines that leave our facility. And are continuing to build towards 100% testing. This helps us catch any issues before they make it to the customer.

EXPRESS SHIPPING OPTIONS
Overnight or express shipping is available. You must call by 3 PM CT on Monday-Thursday or by 11 AM CT on Friday if you want express shipping.
TRACKING
Tracking numbers are uploaded to as soon as the item ships. To find your tracking number, click My , then select your purchase history. The tracking number will be listed under the item\'s title. Click on the tracking number for more details.
SHIPPING METHODS
We use Priority Mail for small items and Fedex Ground for most larger items (see * below). Please provide street address for delivery.
Please read the following about our freight:
- All products that must be shipped via freight (large and heavy items such as motors etc.) have no additional cost as long as a business address that is deliverable by a freight truck is provided.
- No freight shipment will leave our facility until we have verified the address provided meets the proper criteria.
- Business address must have a loading dock or a fork lift to unload product from the trailer. The business address must be in a business district.
- We do have options to delivery outside this criteria at an extra charge to the customer. Here is the additional options and fees associated with each option.
- Private residence -$76 per occurrence.
- Limited Access Locations- $80 per occurrence (schools, hospitals, businesses located outside a business district).
- Lift gate service- $70 per occurrence (if your item is too large and you are shipping to a private residence this may be required to remove the item from the truck).

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship internationally through Global Shipping Program. Residents of Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico must call for a shipping quote. We can ship most items to Puerto Rico but larger items we are not able to. For this you may want to consider looking into a freight forwarder. Overnight or express shipping is available at our own discretion.
Payments
Payment is required with in 3 days of a purchase. We use the automated unpaid buyer tool for unpaid items.

Returns
All item returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Items returned without an RMA number will not qualify for a refund.
Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving the item. After 30 days all sales are considered final.
Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee or the equivalent of shipping/fees if that amount exceeds the 20%.
International returns will not be accepted.
