However, because fitment depends on a number of factors it is important you include year, make, and model of vehicle, as well as daytime phone number, when placing your order so that we can verify fitment before shipping. Our products are guaranteed to fit on stock vehicles as indicated in the listings (title or item description) provided that vehicle is at stock height, suspension is not sagging, frame is straight and rear axle is centered, with same wheel well clearances on both sides of the vehicle. If you are not sure that your vehicle meets these conditions or if you have a custom application, please contact us before ordering. Returns & ExchangesReturns & ExchangesIf for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we can offer a refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery assuming the product has not been used, driven on or damaged. If the returned merchandise is not in the same original condition as when it was sold, we will not be able to process the return and the merchandise will be sent back at the buyer\'s expense. Your return request should be done in My by selecting \"Return This Item\" to initiate the return process. We will review your request and respond within 24 hours (Monday thru Friday). Wheels cannot have had tires mounted. Tires must have manufacturer\'s label intact. All products must be returned in their original boxes (including with applicable accessories) with protective packing material. All shipping charges for the returned shipment are the responsibility of the buyer. You should insure shipments for damage or loss. Any returns or exchanges sent back without a return authorization are subject to additional fees and deductions. Once your product has been received and inspected at our facility, you will be issued a credit as calculated as follows:- Tires, Wheels or Accessories: Credit less 20% restocking fee (minimum restocking fee of $25.00). - Tire & Wheel Package: Credit less 20% restocking fee and $100 labor charge for dismounting, cleaning and repackaging.- All credits will be issued by original payment method. If your shipment has arrived damaged, please contact us within 2 business days of receipt of delivery to initiate return process. We will report the damage to the shipping carrier and schedule a reshipment. The merchandise must be completely repackaged in the original packing for return. The shipping carrier will inspect and pick up the damaged merchandise and return it to Wheels & Tires Direct. In the unlikely event you receive an incorrect or damaged product, we will replace or refund the item(s) in full. MANUFACTURER\'S WARRANTYAll products are represented to be new, first line, unblemished, and guaranteed to fit intended applications as stated in the product descriptions for vehicles with stock body, chassis, suspension and brake components, and come with original manufacturer\'s warranty. Any warranty claims must be processed directly with the manufacturer, which cover the product itself excluding shipping costs.
