RETURN PACKAGINGTo ensure a quick refund, include a copy of the packing slip that was in the original package; or print the email receipt we sent you.Be sure to always put the wheels back in the plastic bags they came in and always use the cardboard separators. If you don’t package with the bags and cardboard, any shipping damage will be your responsibility.
RETURN SHIPPINGCost of return shipping is your responsibility. Please feel free to send via USPS, UPS, or FedEx – whichever is most convenient for you. We strongly recommend that you send with a tracking number in case your returned item becomes lost or damaged before it reaches us.
