This bolts up and fits exactly the same as GM part #22718756 except it is a higher flowing pump with a better warranty. Uses the same exact wiring harness, same locations for the inlet and outlet tube that uses 3/4\" hose and structurally exactly the same.
If you went to the GM dealer they charge over $400
Even online wholesale GM dealers sell for $330.
The Bosch intercooler pump has long been the standard go to pump known for its high flow and reliability.
ZZP has sold thousands of them over the years and with its aging design sought to improve its performance.
We started with the same dimensions to ensure 100% compatibility with every application currently using the Bosch.
We made several changes to the design to improve performance. A few to mention are a larger inlet, improved inlet to turbine and additional windings to spin the pump faster at the same voltage. The end result is a more efficient pump putting out 10% more volume at the same voltage.
The ZZP pump is now our recommendation for every racer wanting the absolute best pump. A simple upgrade will lower your charge temps and increase HP.
This listing does not include anything except the pump as it is a direct plug in for many factory supercharged systems. If you are using it for an aftermarket system and want a pigtail harness for it and mounting bracket please see our other listings as we offer this with those parts if needed.
