Return Policy:
·We will not warranty any/all parts which are not installed by an ASE certified mechanic.
·If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items.
·Returns are accepted within30 daysof receipt of item.

·Returned items must be in thecondition you receivedand inthe original box.
·All once your return is received and inspected by the fulfillment center. (usually within 72 hours of receipt).
·If the item or the order received free shipping, the shipping cost (FCP Paid) will be deducted from the cost of the merchandise returned.
·If there is proof of error on our part, you can obtain a pre-paid shipping label for your return of merchandise (continental U.S. only). However, if the product was ordered in error, all return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer.

Returning Part of Kit:
·Must have an RMA number assigned
·Must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date
·All Part of Kit returns must be pre-authorized by Our Client Services Representative.
·Any Part of Kit return received without prior authorization, WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
·All Part of Kit returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee
WARRANTY REPLACEMENT POLICY:
·If a part fail within the three(03) month warranty period, we will provide an immediate replacement of the part.
·This Warranty Replacement Policy does not provide for a refund of the purchase price.
·We are not liable for any loss, cost, expense, inconvenience or damage that may result from use or inability to use the product
Warranty Replacement Requirements:
·The defective item needs to be returned to the facility withinthree(3)monthsof the original date of purchase
·The original defective merchandise must be returned to our facility or a hold of deposit provided before issuing a new warrantied item
·We reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the requirements in this Warranty Replacement Policy
·Customer to be responsible for all shipping costs incurred in a warranty exchange.
·All warranty returns will be inspected by our ASE certified Technician before any warranty replacement is finalized and issued.
