Manufacturer Warranty Policy
One year warranty from the date of purchase against failure due to manufacturer\'s defect in materials or workmanship. A replacement unit will be sent in exchange at no additional cost to the original purchaser. If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued instead.
- Warranty excludes failure due to contaminated coolant, improper installation, alteration or consequence of other failed parts.
Important Installation Note:
- Always flush engine before installing new water pump to remove sediments.
- Never mix coolant with Tap water. (Tap water contains mineral that can clog radiator and damage water pump seal).
- Always use 50/50 pre-mix coolant or mix coolant with distilled water only.

- Domestic packages are ship via USPS Priority Mail (2-3 Business days) or UPS Ground (5 Business days).
- Free shipping available only to address within continental US.
Return Policy
- 30 days from purchase date for exchange or refund. Item must be new/never installed with original accessories. Returns with missing and/or damaged components will be subject to additional fees deduction.
