Manufacturer Warranty Policy:
Warranty is one year from the date of purchase against failure due to manufacturer\'s defect in materials or workmanship. We will offer a replacement unit in exchange at no charge to the original purchaser.
Warranty excludes failure due to contaminated coolant, improper installation, alteration or other failed parts and components
Important Installation Note:
- Always flush engine before installing new water pump to remove sediments.
- Never mix coolant with Tap water. (Tap water contains mineral that can clog radiator and damage water pump seal).
- Always use 50/50 pre-mix coolant or mix coolant with distilled water only.
Return Policy:
- New/Not Installed- 30 days from purchase date for exchange/refund. Missing or damaged components will incur additional from the refund.
