International Orders
International customers are responsible for any taxes/duties/fees that areimposed by their respective government and any brokerage charges assessed bythe carrier. Return Policy
Be sure to open your order immediately upon receipt to check for accuracy.Items may be returned in brand new condition with all original packagingaccording to the following guidelines:
- Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request an RA # (returns without a RA will be refused). Items must be returned in brand new unused condition with all original tags and packaging within 7 days of receiving the RA#. Returns will not be accepted for any reason after 21 days from buyers original date of receipt.
- Returned items must be in brand new, resealable condition. All tags must be attached, retail packaging must be sealed and in brand new condition, and item must not have been worn, used or installed.
- Returned items will be subject to a restocking fee of up to 10%. Restock fee is for reimbursement of seller\'s shipping expenses and other transaction fees incurred by seller.
- Exchanges will incur additional shipping/handling charges and will be invoiced to the buyer before exchange item is shipped.
- Items lost in transit will be replaced or refunded after 30 days from original shipping date.
