- Are not damaged due to improper installation
- Do not have any missing component parts and hardware
In order to return your items, you MUST contact us to request the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before you send anything back. If the items were found in manufacturer defective or shippingdamaged, we will provide a return shipping label upon request. Otherwise, return shipping label will not be provided. All purchases made in error by customer subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Warranty
Modifications or alterations to the product or use for other than the intended application will void the warranty.
Physical damage or the use of improper coolant will not be covered. Claims for Labor, related supplies or any expense
other than the replacement of the defective product is not covered and will not be honored.
Warranty is not transferable and extended to the registered vehicle owner only at the time of installation. Warranty
returns are subject to inspection and products returned with obvious signs of neglect or improper installation will not be
covered under warranty.
Customers wishing to file a warranty claim will be required to provide a copy of the original purchase receipt and picture of the
physicalinspection warranty item to include the defective area and warranty sticker. Defective parts may need a physical inspection
at our discretion.
Customers may purchase a replacement part while the claim is being processed. Once the claim inspection process has
been finalized and defect confirmed a refund of the purchase price paid will be issued.
Conditions not covered under warranty:
- Physical damage including, but not limited to stripped threads on oil cooler or sensor connections.
- Expanded tanks or blown seals from excessive system pressures.
- Radiators returned clogged or containing improper coolant or coolant residue in poor conditions
- Radiatorsreturnedwith modifications or repairs of any type.
- Radiators returned with damage caused by Electrolysis.
- Radiators returned with damage caused by chemical corrosion from improper coolants.
PAYMENT
We can only ship to PayPal Verified Addresses Only (No Exceptions).
We do not ship to PO Box & APO Addresses.
WARNING
Buyer has to make payment no later than 48 hours after sale closes.
A non-payment dispute will be opened with and PayPal to recover the closing fees of the sale.
We only accept Paypal payments. E-checks via Paypal will be held until it is cleared. A 7.00% sales tax will be applied to all sales within Florida. All orders will only be shipped to Paypal billing address or secondary shipping address listed on .
