LIMITED WARRANTY - Purchaseany of our quality products and if for any reason you decide that the part doesnot suit your application or just isn’t for you, simply return it to us,postage paid, within 30 days and we will promptly issue you a refund. Itemsmust be returned in SALABLE condition with all original factory packaging,accessories, and manuals/literature included to receive full credit. All of ourproducts are warranted only to be free of defects in material and workmanshipfor one (1) year from date of shipment.
DISCLAIMER -There are no other warranties, either express or implied, which extend theforegoing, and there are no warranties of merchantability or fitness for anyparticular purpose. We will not be responsible for incidental or consequentialdamage due to defective or improper use of products.
REMEDY - We willat our election, and subject to availability, either replace, repair, orexchange any product we have sold with a defect in materials or workmanship, orissue a refund or credit for the purchase price plus applicable tax, providingyou return such product to us, properly packaged and shipping prepaid, with acopy of your invoice and an explanation of the defect. The foregoing shall bethe exclusive remedy for defective or nonconforming merchandise.
LIMITATION ONLIABILITY - DTS shall not be liable for any indirect or consequentialdamages including personal injury or loss of income, labor costs, arising outof the purchase or use or a product listed. In no event shall our liabilityexceed the price of the original, unaltered product.
