Shipping:Most orders ship within 1 business day. Tracking numbers will be added to your Purchase History at the time the order is processed. Please note International Shipments can take 2 weeks or more. There is no tracking information for USPS first class International shipments.
If you are not completely satisfied with our service, or your purchase, please let us know before leaving response so we can make it right.
Returns:Please send us a message regarding your return and we will respond with our current return procedures.
Exchanges:We do not do exchanges as there is no way to track them for inventory and security purposes in or Paypal. In most cases you may simply return the item and make a new purchase for other item.
