Short Description: Lens is is mostly clean, but has a scratch seen in photo #7. All tabs are intact, but one tab on the side that screws in is missing seen in photo #8, also two tabs have been repaired seen in phots #9,10. Headlight comes complete with LED modules. Overall headlight is in great used shape.
