This is an brand new aftermarket part.As this is an replacement part professional paint prep and install (some sanding, priming, filling) is needed. The fog lights are brand new aftermarket replacement parts.
Mounting: The bumper is mounted to the standard bumpers reinforcement. The bumper has built in side mounting points for securing it to the fenders. The fog lights include brackets but some spacers or custom made brackets may be needed- easy to make.
