These will require repairs, pleasesee detailed photos. Over all in straight condition but the ends are beat up and we do not know why, we have tons of leftover parts. Please see scuffs, scratches and parts of the chrome that has fallen off. There is NO rust through, they are solid original steel.
A proper fabricator or tins men can repair these and bring back to their glory.
