First Class Packages are NOT Guaranteed to be delivered on a certain day. They can take as long as 15 days to arrive. We cannot open a claim until they have been missing for 30 days. The estimated Delivery times are based on a 95% success rate defined by USPS.
Tower Decals offers USPS 2 Day priority which is NOT Guaranteed as well. However, these packages tend to take no more than 5 to 6 days at most and most arrive withing 1-3 days. This is available to you for an additional charge at checkout.
Priority express is available as well which IS Guaranteed to be delivered in 1-2 days, depending on proximity to Florida.
We have had many meetings with UPS and Fedex, They want our business bad! But they cannot compete in price to you. For residential without using the USPS subcontract, starts at $10. With the USPS subcontractors the Price is a dollar more, takes a day longer and NOT guaranteed as well.
