Same day shipping on most orders placed before 2pm EST. Our average delivery time is 1-3 days with USPS, FedEx, and UPS. You should receive a tracking number within 24 hours.
Freight Shipments: Please ensure that you have a valid phone number on file in order for the freight company to schedule a delivery. The freight company will reach out to you within 1-3 days of delivery. KE-Sales is not responsible for any additional storage or delivery fees due to an "unsuccessful" delivery.
International Shipments: KE-Sales uses the Global Shipping Program. Please reach out for additional services or questions.return
30-Day Return Policy: Products purchased through KE-Sales can be returned by following these steps: 1) Email KE-Sales to obtain Return Instructions. 2) Ship the item(s) along with any Return Forms to the proper address. 3) Upload the Return Tracking number into or email us the return tracking number. ***Without a tracking number, cannot process the refund.*** Refunds are processed within 1-3 business days after receiving the item. The refunded amount is credited back using the original payment method.
Buyer is responsible for paying all shipping costs.
If you ship the return to the wrong address, you will be charged for the extra shipping costs to get the item(s) to the proper address.
***Important Notes***All returns must be in the original packaging and include all pieces, bags, container, and tags. Items installed are ineligible for return. We cannot accept returns on any special ordered items, aerosol cans, paints, service manuals, or electrical parts. All returns must be in a new condition without any defects.
For damaged items - Buyer must email us pictures of the damaged item(s), the box with the part number, and any other necessary information requested in order to complete the Return Paperwork. Items damaged from shipping require photos too.
Warranty Claims must be approved prior to starting the return process.
Customers outside the USA must email us pictures of the item(s) that you want to return prior to shipping.
Restocking Fee: The standard automotive 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns due to no fault of the seller.
Core Returns: A 10% processing fee will be applied. Buyers are responsible for return shipping. Please contact us prior to processing your core return for special instructions. NOTE – Many local shops will accept cores without any charge to you.About us
