Returns
Return authorization number is required. Items that are initially defective within 14 days of invoice are eligible for replacement. You are responsible for all return shipping charges (including insurance at full value) and we pay for the shipping of the replacement. There is a 10% restocking fee on all returns and shipping is non-refundable (waived on exchanges). Must be returned in the original box with all parts and manuals.
