ReturnsReturns PolicyReturns are accepted up to 30 days from invoice date.
Non-Defective ReturnsFor non-defective merchandise, item must be returned in new condition, unused/unworn and with original manufacturer tickets/tags. All packaging must be in original condition. Return shipping costs are the buyer\'s responsibility. Refund will be less original shipping cost and less /PayPal fees of 15% of purchase price.
Defective ReturnsAny item determined to be defective or not as described can be returned for refund or store credit, your choice. Return shipping at our expense and full refund of purchase price.
Terms of SaleWarrantiesAll items are new in box unless listed otherwise. Manufacturer warranties are stated within the listing when available.
In the unlikely event you need to make a warranty claim, we will take care of this for you. Boss Powersports Outlet will stand behind all products we sell with regards to manufacturing defects in workmanship and material. Products are limited to the manufacturer\'s warranty. First, we will determine if your item needs repaired or replaced. We will handle the return with the manufacturer.
