Return & Refunds
You can return the items within 14 days from the Date of Delivery.
All issues in relation to the products must be written in email/message within the Buyer-Seller Messaging Service in email/message system as a true record, we will respond shortly. Verbal or voice message on the phone is not acceptable.
It is required to have a RMA (Return Merchandised Authorization) number on the outside of the returned package. Any returned items (defective or non-defective) without a RMA number will be rejected and returned to sender, We will not be responsible for any lost shipments or other liabilities. The RMA can be requested by email through your buyer account in email/message system.
Returned item must be received within 14 days of issuing RMA. Item received after 14 days will be returned to sender at sender's expense and the item will not be considered for further return.
We will not accept any returned merchandise without a valid RMA number.
ALL RETURNED ITEMS MUST BE IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING & UNUSED CONDITION.
Return shipping charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.
