Warranty

• All mechanical parts come with a 90-day LIMITED WARRANTY. UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED. The warranty begins from the date of the original invoice.
• In the event a part purchased from USA Car Parts proves defective or fails to function properly prior to the end of the warranty period, notify USA Car Parts At our discretion we will exchange the part within a reasonable time period or provide a refund. No warranty is offered on parts that are improperly installed or abused by either installer or operators. The warranty on exchanged items starts from the date of the original invoice.
• Proper installation requires that all installation tags and factory installation instructions and service bulletins have been completed at installation; failure to do so voids the warranty.
• ALL FLUIDS HAVE BEEN DRAINED FROM THIS PART – IT INSTALLER IS REQUIRED TO FILL FLUIDS TO THE PROPER LEVEL WITH THE PROPER FLUID TYPE; FAILURE TO DO SO VOIDS THE WARRANTY.
• Warranty is only valid for standard stock street use; warranty will be void if the vehicle is used for on or off-street racing, four-wheeling or off-roading, non-factory installation, installation in vehicles that have been modified from the original equipment or installation in a vehicle used for commercial purposes.
• USA Car Parts will accept no liability for labor costs, towing, storage, or any other costs incurred to repair or replace any parts we sell. We accept no liability for losses incurred due to the use of the parts or the loss of use of the vehicle that the parts are for.

Returns

• No returns on altered, dissembled, overheated, electrical parts, special order, or body cut parts.
• All parts are marked with a specific number and stamped \"PO\"; unmarked parts will not be accepted for returns.
• The warranty covers only the items specifically listed on the invoice; accessory items are not covered by any warranty, and the customer should replace all accessory items prior to installation.
• The original invoice must accompany all returns for warranty.
• No refunds are offered after 30 days of purchase unless otherwise specified. A 20% restocking fee will be charged on all returns.
• No returns are allowed on body parts cuts, electronic parts, computers, or special orders.
• Refunds on parts paid by check will be made 10 working days from the original invoice date. Refunds on credit card purchases will be made to the original credit card used for the purchase.
• All other refunds will be subject to a $25.00 fluid disposal charge.
• CORE RETURN: when you return your core be sure you have removed all accessories. Once your core is turned in it is immediately recycled and will not be available to remove any accessories.
• No refund for shipping charges. Non-defective parts returned may be subject to a shipping and handling charge.
