This consists of a complete 300Tdi engine fully dressed and ready to run with : BRAND NEW : Alternator, starter motor, water pump, diesel lift pump, front and rear engine seals, timing belt/ tensioner/ idler, resurfaced flywheel, new clutch - Also brand new : Radiator/ intercooler \'pack\' which perfectly replaces your existing radiator Also brand new, and installed : Custom-made right hand side motor mount, alleviating the need to cut and weld any motor mounts (even on series 88/ 109 trucks) Also included , brand new ; custom made intercooler pipe kit, custom made oil cooler pipes/ hoses, radiator hoses, oil and diesel filters. Also included are the modifications to the clutch housing/ bell housing in order to bolt to your existing transmission - We do all the hard work here so you/ your shop does not have to. Labor bill from your local shop will be much less as all the conversion work is performed here, all that is left to do is remove your old engine, and install this one in the same place, with the same fasteners. I have personally installed about 40 of these engines myself into Defenders/ Series trucks and the Discovery 1/2 and Range Rover Classic, so I know what parts you need in order to do this successfully / easily.
