Return PolicyReturn PolicyAReturn Goods Authorization (RGA) number is required. Please read thefollowing information before requesting an RGA number: SouthwestPerformance will accept returns within 30 days of purchase. We willexchange UNUSED, re-sell-able, original packaged item(s) for anotheritem(s) of equal value. If the new item is of higher value, you will beresponsible for the price difference. All returns must have an RGA# onthe package or it will be refused at the time of delivery. An RGA numberis required for all returns. Please write the RGA number on the outsideof the shipping package or on the packing slip, where it is visible.Please do not write on the original manufacturer\'s box. Please note thatany product returned for reasons other than being defective or damagedmay be subject to a 20% restocking fee or $15.00 administrative fee(whichever is greater), and/or in-store credit at our discretion.
