ASV\'s C5 Series levers are CNC machined from 6061 billet aluminum, feature the slim forged blade, carry a 5 year guarantee and come with in a shot-peened matte finish with a laser engraved ASV logo.
Unbreakable Design:
All ASV levers feature a special pivot design that allows the lever to fold out of harms way in the event of a crash or tip-over of the bike. Instead of bending or breaking, ASV levers simply pivot outward when impact occurs, and spring back instantly. The pivot junction uses a pair of high quality chrome steel, ABEC rated precision sealed bearings for years of smooth operation and ZERO \"play\" or \"slop\".
A special high-tension Chrome Silicon cantilever spring returns the lever back to its original position instantly and does not allow the lever to pivot at all while riding. This high quality spring is rated for over 100,000 rotations without losing it\'s original tension.
Adjustable Reach:
All ASV levers feature an adjustable reach. By simply adjusting a setscrew on the lever, the reach (distance from the handle bar to the lever) can be adjusted to accommodate the smallest to the largest hands. A specially designed acorn style lock nut keeps the setscrew secured in your desired position and is out of harms way. Adjustable reach is not only a benefit for smaller and larger hands, it is ideal for any user to get an exact lever position that feels great and gives the best clutch or brake response.

All ASV levers use the same high quality components including chrome steel precision sealed bearings, stainless steel pivot and bushing parts, Chrome Silicon cantilever springs, aerospace grade stainless steel and chromoly fasteners, and specially designed and manufactured fasteners. - We generelly ship domestic orders via US Postal and UPS. - If you need to return an item please contact us first to get an RMA.Items returned without an RMA will be refused.
All returns are subject to the following conditions:
- You may return items for a refund or an exchange so long as it is in as-new condition with all tags and packaging in place (in the case of helmets including an unremoved sticker on the visor).
- We DO NOT accept returns/exchanges for used, installed or worn items, items with damaged packaging, removed tags and missing instructions, etc. for any reason.
- Please make sure to get an RMA# from us which will be valid for 14 days. Items not received within 14 days will be refused.
- Returns must include all tags, packaging and be shipped in a sturdy shipping box. DO NOT use the manufacturer box as the shipping box. Items received that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted and will be sent back to you at your cost.
- Unless the error is on our part the customer pays return shipping.
- Once we receive the item(s) and make sure they adhere to the conditions above we will refund your purchase price less a 15% restocking fee.
- Original shipping is not refundable. For items where the item is shipped \"free\" actual shipping costs incurred by us will be deducted in addition to the restocking fee
